Uso ainda esse laptop todo dia, mas o #q4os, antigo sistema, não atualizava mais.
Gostaria de instalar o #puppylinux, mas este sempre tem uma frescurinha ruim de resolver para dummies como eu. Mas há de ser.

De mémoire c'est une histoire qui commence il y a quelques mois dans un salon #xmpp #alec xmpp:[email protected]?join où l'on cause de "quels composants pour assembler un #ordinateur entièrement #libre ?" (alors ok, avec un chassis en bois, c'est de mon fait) - et pour "entièrement libre", comprendre : qui démarre avec #gnuboot et tourne sous #guix, #trisquel ou #debian. Dont voici en image les premiers éléments assemblés.

Σήμερα ολοκλήρωσα ένα ταξίδι 5 ετών, στην προσπάθειά μου να αντικαταστήσω όλη την τεχνολογία στο σπίτι μας με #ελεύθερο_λογισμικό.
Από υπολογιστές με #trisquel #GNU/Linux & #GNUBoot, συνέχισα με selfhosting των υπηρεσιών (e-mail, συγχρονισμό αρχείων, chat) με @freedomboxfndn έως την αλλαγή ρουτερ του παρόχου με #librecmc και του σταθερού τηλεφώνου με #asterisk
Ήταν ένα πείραμα για το κατά πόσο μπορούμε να ζήσουμε χωρίς την big tech - μια ατομική και συλλογική μάχη που δεν είναι χαμένη!

Wow, I've been really out of touch with the progress of my preferred GNU/Linux distro. Trisquel 11 "Aramo" came out in late March, one year after the Ubuntu LTS release it's based off, so the crew can support it with security updates from upstream for 4 years:

@msw @fedora For those who have at least once worked voluntarily to a free system #Distribution / #Distro that either follows the #GNU FSDG (like those that provide some part of #GNU, such as #Dragora, #Dyne:bolic, #GuixSystem / #GuixSD, #Hyperbola, #Parabola, #PureOS, #Trisquel, #UtutoS, #LibreCMC, #ProteanOS, or those which don't, such as #Replicant) or to a #Distro that is almost there (I'm waiting your reply, #Debian) per-language managers complicated things.
