Recently upgraded #TriliumNotes and the most difficult part of it was in remembering - no, I don't have the RPM version installed, no I don't have the tar/gz version installed, yes I have the server version installed. Maybe I should make a note about it... But overall, I'm really happy with it as a replacement to Notion/Obsidian/OneNote/etc.

@Pikapods "Updates weekly"... I'm currently on trilium.cc, which says "updates daily", but they seem to have stopped that. My sync from my local install is now broken for days. And my iPad web view gets a version from over a year ago. I get no replies from trilium.cc support or the maintainer. Should I try your service? Install my own on my RasPi5?

Jakiś czas temu na mój profil zawitał @wloczykij i powiedział: "Paweł, a weź spróbuj Trilium Notes" - i ja spróbowałem.

Prawdę powiedziawszy nie wiedziałem, że to jest coś czego mi brakowało w zwykłych notatnikach. Czyli struktura drzewa.

Po początkowych dużych problemach ze zrozumieniem tej aplikacji teraz jestem na etapie pokonania fali przybrzeżnej, więc teraz czuję, że wypływam na szerokie wody i ku świetlanej przyszłości.

Bardzo fajny projekt - mówię Wam! Oczywiście ma swoje wady, ale o nich napiszę wkrótce w nieco dłuższym wywodzie.

Najlepsze co mogę powiedzieć na szybko:

To nie jest tylko aplikacja do notatek, a kombajn do magazynowania naszej wiedzy. Rysunki, kreski kodu, schematy, strony www.

Of course, this game is only there for me to learn to use the bevy engine, and programming is just a part of all I need to learn to make a game. I also have my #trilium filled with ideas, diagrams about entity relationships and interactions, formulas, game loop, etc for the idle game I'd like to implement with the engine in the end.

@jeroen #trilium notes was also my choice, coming from #logseq

Started looking into alternatives for #logseq as the #android app keeps crashing. #trilium looks very promising and has more features...but also a steeper learning curve.

Indeed, it is a very nice solution too =) However, I feel more comfortable with the #trilium editor when editing notes.
