God I love @Mastodon. It reminds me of early days of #TrekTwitter before all the DRAAAAMAAAA took over people's lives. There I did it, I mentioned the hellsite. I won't do it again! 😘

I feel like the migration to Mastodon shows how much community is about people, rather than platform (but also how a platform can help people to find their tribe)

I know many will feel they're losing something if and when #TrekTwitter ceases to exist, but maybe we've stumbled into a timeline where Twitter fading away proves to be the catalyst for an even better, safer #TrekTwitter 2.0 🖖
