For those scoring at home (or even if you’re alone) that means Ted Danson is working perfectly paired directly with our #HomeAssistant ZigBee network, not using the #IKEA hub.
Just ordered two more #TREDANSEN to complete the master bedroom window coverings.
Now, to keep an eye on the battery life over the coming months…

Looks like he got his shit together and is now reporting battery percentage as 1-100%. 🤷🏻♂️

Looks like the #IKEA #TREDANSEN blackout blinds shows more than 100% battery power when connected right to #HomeAssistant and not using the IKEA bridge. 🤣
A classic Ted Danson move.
What’s my best option? Create a custom sensor to make the battery scale be 1-100% or try to find/hack a ZigBee quirk, if that’s even a thing?
