#EMBL's #TREC expedition along Europe's coastlines, which will collect a huge dataset of many different data types like #microbiome, soil chemistry, pollutants, microscopic imaging. https://embl.org/jobs/position/HD02316 The Biocurator/Bioinformatician will e.g. make sure that samples are tracked in a LIMS system, that the relevant metadata is captured and available for analysis & enriched with external data.
