This is All American Road UT12. It runs between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks.
You may have heard of a scenic byway. An All American Road is like a scenic byway on steroids. A scenic byway has a unique feature that is either cultural, recreational, archeological, scenic, natural, or historic.
An All American Road however, must have at least 2 of those features.
