ToxicPanda 2.0 has expanded its capabilities, targeting 349 apps and supporting 167 remote commands.
Zimperium says the Android malware can interfere with Google services, capture sensitive input through fake screens, and abuse Wireless ADB to gain broader control and remain active on infected devices.
The latest version also includes mechanisms for bypassing certain battery-saving protections.
