#today I am going to try and just have a day. My #ADHD has been wanting to jump to the end and skip being here and now. Maybe this is a result of having gone on vacation. It has taken me days of struggle to see the "NOW" avoidance. My best stranger @nlowell helped me see it with his #TOMMW podcast. So, I am here and it is now. What a great day! 😎

#Today on my morning walk I found these beautiful little patches of blue. #Spring is coming to the Northern Hemisphere! Life is good. I walked along listening to @nlowell doing his #TOMMW podcast. I am finally reading the K. F. Breene, Leveling Up, series from the Women's Paranormal Fiction consortium. Very fun read. Thanks for the recommendation Nathan!
