A primeira coisa que me fez usar armazenamento na nuvem foi o Todo.txt. Havia um aplicativo oficial para Android, e as opções eram ou armazenamento local, ou Dropbox. Em casa, eu usava a ferramenta de linha de comando, e às vezes o editor de texto. Eventualmente comecei a usar no trabalho o https://todo.martinsgill.co.uk, um aplicativo Web que interagia direto com o Dropbox. Quando o Dropbox mudou a API, nenhuma dessas ferramentas acompanhou.

So also unter Android/GrapheneOS fehlt mir eigentlich nur noch eine sinnvolle ToDo App oder etwas das todotxt spricht.

Macht alles einen runderen Eindruck als gedacht.

@BrodieOnLinux Simple is good. I've been toying with the http://todotxt.org/ format recently with much success.

I saved my text file via my email server notes facility; tried a small free #NextCloud with the NextCloud Notes Android app; or an email draft that I can access just about anywhere.

All seem to work well and easy to pull up.

#vimwiki looks good for that next level organization. Pretty cool.

• Use it for over a year, adding tons of todo items and time accounting
• Finally give up and just use [vi dayplan.md] because you're #ADHD as frick and the sheer number of todo items freezes your blood X'D

If you are used to advanced task tracking systems with projects, tags, subtasks, detailed notes etc. (org-mode or even a full-fledged project management system such as Trello) and not satisfied with the simplicity of a system like ToDo.txt, there is a @TiddlyWiki plugin for Task Management. http://tiddlytables.tiddlyspot.com/

It conveniently appears in the side bar, so that you don't have to figure out how to "pin" a tiddler.

Or just sync the todo-txt folder using Syncthing, which is what I'm doing.

بین اسنپ‌ها دنبال یه اپ #todotxt می‌گشتم و #sleek رو یافتم. سریع و خوش‌دسته و تا این جا که راضی بودم.

دارم کم‌کم کارها رو جمع آوری و منتقل می‌کنم به این. مدت‌ها بود که فهرستی برای کارهای شخصی نداشتم. (سر کار داشتم و دارم، ولی زندگی سر کار کامل از زندگی شخصی جداست، هم نرم‌افزارش و هم سخت‌افزارش.)

An update on the #GTK4 #Libadwaita app I was making for managing #todotxt format:

- The app has option to enable autosave, and can also save if the user demands.
- The projects and contexts of the tasks are displayed.
- I have added a sidebar for filters "All Tasks" and "Due" though they do not work for now, as I have not yet implemented the logic.
- Also, in large window sizes, the "new", "edit" & "delete" tasks buttons move into headerbar.

#todotxt tasks can be imported via clipboard, it includes a #pomodoro timer (as shown in the video), new tasks can be added with #whatsapp (so they can be added with #androidAuto too) and their #web version is pretty nice. approved! 👍

I am making a #GTK4 #Libadwaita app to manage #todo as per #todotxt format (https://todotxt.org). Don't know when it will be completed (as it is my second time actually working on making a GTK4+Libadwaita app after giving it up once months ago).
I am using the latest #Blueprint by @flyingpimonster and the team for making this.
I am making this in #Python, and aim it to be like QToDoTxt2 (https://github.com/QTodoTxt/QTodoTxt2).

I've been using my own system which is mainly just $EDITOR and a script that takes out completed tasks every day by grepping out lines that begin with "X "
The problem is that it would be nice to just see a couple most important tasks at a time, instead of having a blood-chilling text file FULL of todo items in your face all day 😅

My favorite #todolist is just #todotxt files with a dedicated client app that streamlines the syntax for easier input.

The issue is finding apps for #Mac, #Android and #Chrome ( #Vivaldi actually) that play nice with one another. Most apps hand off sync to either Google Drive or Dropbox, which always adds some complexity and incompatibility issues.

Just setup #Nextcloud sync, which might be the missing piece to bridge #Sleek for Mac and #SimpleTask for Android.

Todo.txt with the Vim plugin gives me most of these except for the first two.

+Projects don’t really do the job for me with regard to subtasks, not nearly flexible enough.

Someone recommended TaskWarrior, but it looks like that doesn’t have subtasks either?

Have been thinking about extending the Todo.txt format in some way to support subtasks, not sure yet what the best way to go about it is. Sometimes I also want the subtasks to be strictly ordered (“show me only the next available subtask in order, not all of them”), sometimes they’re fine unordered. Hmmm…
