When I was a kid there was an episode of “Tiny Toons” (a “Looney Tunes” spin-off based on younger characters) that was setup like an animated MTV and it had a bunch of animated music videos starring that “Tiny Toons” characters. "Archive of our own" only has 11 Tiny Toons fictions that ship Buster and Babs, and only one of them is a fluffy cute romance, and it's a short one!

Alright, more of my cartoon musings that I'll use as excuse to post cute character pics, again, Babs Bunny:
I know animation errors can sometimes cause miscolorations, flickering, stuff like that. But it seems with Babs, her fur color is relatively often "wrong" in the old Tiny Toons.
I'll assume that the "fully pink" is the intended design, as it's the prevalent one in most episodes, especially when it comes to her neck and chest.
But I'm still only half-way through season one, and it was already occasionally shown that she has white fur on her lower body.
Maybe the episodes where just animated at a different studio/company.
But well, ultimately she's lovely both ways!

With Animaniacs watched, I'm now at its predecessor: Tiny Toons Adventures.
As a fan of skinny-dipping, I was happy to hear it mentioned in one of the episodes, of course, "appropriately" censored.
But now, in the age of frame-by-frame navigation in videos, we can see: we've been cheated! The censor bar that moves just a bit to slow in the scenes censors...nothing!
I mean, I'm a Babs Bunny guy, but still! They lied! 😁
(I'm being silly here. Of course I didn't expect any visible genitalia. It's not a European cartoon, after all! 😁)

Alright, game finished!
It's fun how I still knew basically every level. A child's memory is damn impressive, I wish I still had that.
Anyway, the last boss sucks, I hated it. 😄
No kiss once again! On to the next one "Tiny Toon Adventures 2: Trouble in Wackyland" on NES, maybe kisses there! 😄

Time for the next Tiny Toons game!
This one I actually own on my Gameboy, but I can't remember if I ever finished it.
I'm gonna play it in a way that allows me to collect achievements, though!
Not surprising, you once again have to rescue Babs. 😁
I...I don't think Babs is ever a playable character in all these games.
I'd say Warner Bros could use that chance, but it seems they're mostly done with cartoons these days.
Such a pity, really.They could at least hand over the Tiny Toons and Animaniacs rights to me! Anyway!

Babs Bunny is saved, the game has some very unpleasant design decisions, buuut well.
There was no kiss as a reward for saving her, so, have one from the show instead! ♥️

Alright, while my computer re-compresses 700 PNG files, I'm giving "Tiny Toons Adventures" on the NES another try!

I will use savestates after each successful world now, as said, having to fully start over is a bit "too" retro for me, even if this means I can only get the "softcore" Retroachivements.

I never had a chance to do that.
I should re-watch the old Tiny Toons show in general.As much as I like "Looniversity", well, it only has a single season and there's no more Babs and Buster shipping. 😁

Es ist toll, nach 30 Jahren wieder neue Folgen mit jenen Lieblingscartoonfiguren zu sehen, die mich und meinen Humor in meinen frühen 10er-Jahren maßgeblich geprägt hatten. Many will say that one of the charms of #collecting used items is that every item has a unique story.
In the case of my copy of Tiny Toons Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure, at some point in time some kid used the manual as a coloring book.
It may seem destructive (and it is), but judging by the password diary being filled out, it really goes to show that someone really cared about this game enough to attempt giving it a "color manual."

Hearing that song on #TinyToons was...a musical awakening for me. It started me on the path of actually venturing out and discovering music that I liked, not merely what my parents listened to.

Cuando era niño no tenía ni idea de los They might be giants, así que, que Plucky y Hampton salieron de John Linnell y John Flansburgh respectivamente pasaba sobre mi cabeza.
Hasta hace poquito que salió lo del Terminal man con Olla podrida y Nuktal que me fui a ver el video y me sentí como en el meme de Leo DiCaprio señalando la pantalla.
