CW: Digimon Time Stranger Spoilers
I’m about 10-15 hours in, and to start with, things were a breeze. I did struggle a bit with some boss encounters early on, but that wasn’t anything level grinding didn’t solve.
I reached Parrotmon, and it felt as if I was smacked in the face with the difficulty spike. It just felt no matter how much I levelled up my team, no matter what attacks I used, they’d just wipe my team. So I opted to turn the difficulty down to the story option.
I finally whittled its health down to halfway to find out that Merukimon comes to help you if you survive long enough! I couldn’t even get to that point on the standard difficulty! 🤣
I’ve just kept it on story difficulty for now. I might change it back later.#gaming #digimon #timestranger #digimontimestranger #videogames

I think the consensus is to wait until I can get all the Training Sets type C before I start worrying about power leveling cumulative stats. This is a first play through anyway, so I shouldn't need to power level much to get through the game. Save it for Mega and up. X'D
