Just because @jonty wanted asteroid spin to transfer to the ship on collisions there is now a new version of my Asteroids with Physics game on the #tildagon app store. This version adds thruster style rotation with angular momentum. It makes it much more space like to play. I also changed the controls to work much better with the Spaceagon joystick. Enjoy, #EMFCamp people!

I wanna make a flashlight where you can hotswap the LED. Maybe I should just make it a #hexpansion form factor. #emfcamp #tildagon

Well it's a cute glowy souvenir, but yet again, as in 2024. It just doesn't work. This one has a broken E button, and possibly a dodgy joystick, making it impossible to input anything. I didn't have time to build and test it on site this year, so was a bit of a gamble assembling it afterwards, but to be honest I did in 2024, and that one never worked either. #tildagon #spaceagon #emfcamp

Things I bought at #emfcamp2026 A very nice young lady sold me a complete set of hand coloured planet hexpansions at the #hexpansion Market. All nine planets which I'm embarrassed to say, I had to look up on the Internet which order to lay them out in! 😄

Only problem is that a #spaceagon badge only has 6 slots. So I would have to choose my favourite six planets, which would leave three planets feeling left out! 😄

Backuping the #Tildagon before reflashing the OS (normal boot, not bootloader):

Thinking of either a screen background or LED pattern for the #Tildagon that would combine the battery state and the current time. 🤔

@drfootleg #GenAI may or may not be useful to people who already have the skills to spot the mistakes, unnecessary verbosity and complexity but the problem here is mostly the lack of #care.
I expect people at #EMFCamp (or an other #hackerCamp) to care. There isn't a lot of security in the #Tildagon but it's okay to plug a random #hexpansion or install an app in it because I expect people to care enough to not break things on purpose or release garbage they only sort of kind of know what it does. I think that's the majority of people attending these camps, but I guess not all of them.

Some people meticulously craft funny clever weird useful apps for the #Tildagon. Meanwhile a guy took time to make it easier for anyone to poop apps out of a chatbot's butt and publish it on the same platform. 🤢
Maybe we need a way to filter apps on the Tildagon app store already.

so i get the impression that RP2040 (or RP2350) is the #tildagon hexpansion coprocessor of choice
