The City Council meets tomorrow, Sept. 24, at 6 pm. There are two department reports on the agenda:
- an update on the citywide street #paving overlay and curb ramp program
- an update on construction of the Navigation Center (temporary #homeless housing) in an industrial area of Newbury Park, slated to open early next year
