Old trees: A couple of old sycamores (Acer pseudoplatanus) Cowen Park: these aren't looking all that healthy to me, but they aren't on the cut list for now. The second shot is of the interesting bark of one tree. I am writing up a screed on Seattle's Olmsted parks for my amusement, which I'll probably publish next month.
