My kiddo and I took my mum out to dinner tonight for her birthday, and afterwards, she wanted to go to The Wickham (a queer bar)
So, my kiddo (gay and non binary), myself (a queer trans woman) and my mum (a cishet woman in her 70s) hit the local queer bar. Both my mother and my child were descended upon by people!
Somehow, even when with my cishet mum, I am still the least queer person in a group. I really have to work on that...
