After arriving in Italy, Jem and the Holograms go shopping for accessories for the upcoming fashion contest. The Misfits enter the shoe shop they're in and wreak havoc.

Eric Raymond sets up a ski competition between Jem and the Holograms and The Misfits, and both groups start training for the race.
With the video for "It's Workin' Out/It's Doin' Me In," it's clear that The Misfits are struggling while Jem and the Holograms have a good training regimen going.

Jem and the Holograms are invited to perform a special concert in China. The Misfits tag along and see Jem's reluctance to take off her earrings at customs, and they get the idea to steal the earrings.
"You Can't Catch Me" shows Jerrica and the Holograms trying to get the earrings back.

Jem and the Holograms quit the movie, but after learning one of their foster girls needs an expensive operation to save her eyesight, they're forced to plead their way back into the production. When Jem and the Holograms return to the set, The Misfits harass and bully them.

Pizzazz gets her wealthy father to buy the movie studio that's behind Jem and the Holograms' movie and give ownership to Eric Raymond. Eric seizes control, places the focus of the film on The Misfits, and relegates Jem and the Holograms to supporting roles.

While this is going on, The Misfits take the stage and perform "Takin' It All."

With the news of a live-action Jem series in the works at Amazon, I guess I'll start posting more Jem-related material.
The first song to appear in the series was actually by The Misfits rather than Jem and the Holograms. It shows up during the audience's introduction to The Misfits.
