One thing that’s important to realize about how #MSNBC operates (as well as #FoxNews and to a far lesser extent #CNN by the way), the news departments and the opinion/commentary departments. I’m watching a clip of #NewsNation criticize #MSNBC for shifting the blame of #Hamas’ terrorist attacks, but all the clips are from shows like #Velshi and #TheMehdiHasanShow. While these statements are awful and I hate these opinion shows, #MSNBC’s daytime programming of “Reports” shows (you may remember this trend beginning in #MSNBC’s all-caps “Lean Forward” rebranding during the 2016 election cycle which replaced its daytime slate of opinion programming with #MSNBCLive, an effectively #NBCNews-run program helmed by rotating anchors) is usually not nearly as bad.
