    The treatment of the Synths at #UtopiaPlanitia irks me.
    Didn't #Picard warn against this exact use of #SyntheticLifeforms during the trial regarding #Data's sentience in the #StarTrek #TheNextGeneration episode #TheMeasureOfAMan? ¹
    They're created in the image of humans, dressed like them, and put to work like/instead of them, but not treated as such, even though sentience was considered too hard to prove/disprove.
