You know what really grinds my gears? Unnecessary middle men in the process, especially when it doesn’t work.
Case in point, I got a settlement from a class action suit (yeah that’s right, I got scammed by the EpiPen people). Cool beans.
Except you can’t just get a check, you have to get a gift card. And it’s not an actual card, it’s a virtual one. And nobody knows how to accept it.
It should be illegal to not have a “Just send a check” option. 😡
