White, conservative judges in Texas have legitimized racism, and anti-black discrimination with this despicable ruling that permits institutional bigotry by racist, white school administrators. How can black students be expected to go to school and make good grades when their racist, white teachers and principals have been given the green-light to discriminate against them and humiliate them in front of their classmates?
