X updated their Developer Terms last night, mostly renaming every mention of “#Twitter” to “X”… but also adding a #DSA #Article40 provision on data access to researchers, explicitly forbidding to use that access to assess systemic risk beyond the #EU 🇪🇺

I guess they are just asking for DSA replication in other jurisdictions then 😉
