X updated their Developer Terms last night, mostly renaming every mention of “#Twitter” to “X”… but also adding a #DSA #Article40 provision on data access to researchers, explicitly forbidding to use that access to assess systemic risk beyond the #EU 🇪🇺

Une question simple : qu'est-ce qui empêche désormais Eric Coquerel d'appliquer très strictement l'art. 40 de la constitution, et ainsi bloquer une grosse partie des lois issues du gouvernement (il sera toujours difficile de démontrer que la proposition de loi ne créera pas d'augmentation de charge, ou diminution des recettes...)
