So, #Barcelona hasn’t allowed for new Hotels to be built in the city. Now they’re outlawing #Shor #Term #Tentals so that locals can live in them. The total number of apartments we are talking about is around 10k.
So riddle me this. How are 10k apartments going to make Barcelona more affordable?
Apparently, a city that depends heavily on tourism, isn’t interested in tourists.
