Now that I've offhandedly made it up, I like #techBroApps for capturing the barrage of büshit rent-seeking apps we've been subjected to over the past ~decade: DoorDash, Uber, Uber Eats, Airbnb, maybe the long-promised & never really delivered self-driving apps from Tesla & other companies -- dunno, can y'all think of any others? It would be nice to have a handy handle to refer to them all under.
Alternatively, can y'all come up with a better term?

Airbnb is stupid & wrong.
I hope & imagine the owner of the house legally has right of reentry. If she does, I'd go to the house again with a locksmith & a cop, change the locks, & again tell the Airbnb-ers to GTFO.
