1.无导管
无导管棉条只有量大的人才能塞进去，量小的这辈子都别想了。（我都用上月经杯了，愣是一根无导管棉条都没塞进去过！！！）除非给它单独配一个可重复使用的导管。（有国外的牌子在做，名字忘了，只记得很贵。）2.有导管但很难用
#丹碧丝 #tampax 出来挨打！塑料导管做太差了，很刺逼啊。纸导管之前分为欧版和美版，美版比较常见，也是很不容易塞的一种；欧版少见，但是相对好塞很多。此处推荐日产尤妮佳和国产非秘，这两个牌子是#HSP 我本人用过的最细腻最舒适的，其次是ob的带导管棉条，但是好像已经停产了……

如果是封闭的阴道瓣，很早就能发现，因为压根没有月经能流出来，需要做手术。但还有一种阴道瓣是筛孔装的，这就意味着月经能流出来，但手指塞不进去。可以找个小镜子照照。之前从阿里巴巴批发月经杯送朋友练手的时候就有一位朋友提出了困惑，说早年间尝试棉条但没成功，感觉“有一堵墙”，手指也塞不进去。多聊了几句发现很可能是筛孔装阴道瓣。她说她有时候可以憋住一小会儿月经，跑到厕所再放出来……天啊！原来筛孔状阴道瓣还有这种特异功能！（后来做手术时顺便噶了，所以可以放心大胆尝试月经杯了。）
3.角度不对
阴道不是垂直于地面的，会有一个大约45度的夹角。请尝试斜着而非直着置入棉条。4.紧张
