FAA just issued ground stops for ATL due to "fire" and DCA due to "security." Also several delay programs in effect due to "staffing."

Whenever possible, we opt for train travel, and my first stop before embarking on a new adventure is always @seatsixtyone. While we haven’t used an Interrail pass in a while, it might be time to explore the options again.

Still thinking about the brief moment in history where you could use (regional) trains and other public transport for 9€/month in Germany. What a time to be alive.
(They're slowly killing it off by making it ever more expensive (abt 60 €/month now) and also a subscription so we can all go back to rotting in car hell. Still, that feeling of just hopping onto buses and trains without caring about tickets …)

While Mrs. Jomo was off doing her thing, I decided to head out on a quick adventure. I made my way to Llandudno Station to catch a train to Betws-y-Coed. No particular reason—just the simple pleasure of riding the train, exploring the railway museum, and enjoying a coffee at one of the local spots. Thankfully, the rain held off, leaving me with some stunning scenic views to enjoy along the way.
