Hab heute mal wieder was für meinen schwarzen Gürtel in #Sudoku getan.☺️
Aber jetzt mal ernsthaft: Hat wer von euch mit Ü50 mal mit #Kampfsport oder #Selbstverteidigung angefangen? Was für Erfahrungen habt ihr gemacht?
Überlege langsam, dass das mal notwendig werden könnte. -

Diesmal mit #Herbstputz bei #Twitter dank #tweetXer von @Luca, #Bruno als API-Client mit dem besten App-Icon seit längerer Zeit, #Neighborle wenn man #Wordle und #Worldle schon durchgespielt hat, einem Update für #Sudoku Tools, der Berechnung von Favicon- und Website-Icons in verschiedenen Größen aus einer einzelnen Datei, #Mermaid als Tool zum Erstellen von Diagrammen aller Art, einem interessanten #CSS Property und einem #Baum, den ich vor 16 Jahren gepflanzt habe. Und wie immer mit zwei feinen Techno-Sets.

First time since my bout of ‘flu back in mid-Sept. that I have been able to complete a hard #sudoku (achievement confirmed in image). As a #pwME & a #pwFM, I use these puzzles to judge how my mind is on any given day: if I cannæ solve a hard one, then I know I am brain-fogged and thus am aware not to do anything too taxing mentally or that requires physical co-ordination (the #dysautonomia is worse when suffering #BrainFog). Feeling chipper! Ha ha ha
