My books page showed five covers, so five is what I looked like I had. There are thirty. Six large-print sudoku volumes, a kakuro that runs to 240, one book with a thousand puzzles in it. All listed now. Four are on Amazon; the rest are on their way.

Wenn ihr gerne an #Sudokus und #Logikrätseln herumknobelt, wird euch #Murdoku gefallen. Fängt simpel an, wird aber immer anspruchsvoller. Ihr habt den Grundriss eines Ortes und eine Handvoll Personen mit Angaben wie Alex befindet sich im Bad, Bettie sitzt auf einem Stuhl oder Charlie ist mit einer weiteren Person im Raum, die an einem Fenster steht. Am Ende bleibt ein Feld übrig, auf dem sich das Opfer befindet. Wir haben am WE zu zweit die ersten 37 Rätsel des Buches gelöst. Was für'n Spaß! 😄

Ich höre und lese immer wieder, Sudoku sei ein Mathe-Rätsel. Entweder, ich verstehe nicht richtig, was Mathematik ist, oder das ist totaler Quatsch. Ich habe beim Sudoku Spielen noch nie irgendwas gerechnet. Das gleiche Spiel könnte statt mit Zahlen auch mit 9 Buchstaben oder Symbolbildchen gespielt werden. Es geht doch bloß darum, die richtig anzuordnen. Was genau soll daran Mathe sein?

Not sure who needs this, but I was making a collection of minimal board games and puzzles for friends and family, and would like to share:
It started with chess only, then I added xiangqi which I play more these days. Then I couldn't stop.
Only skill-based games (no luck involved), minimal design, no ads, tracking etc. Chess and xiangqi use stockfish compiled to wasm, puzzles are all in JS, so to some extent it's open-source. #game #boardgame #puzzle #chess #sudoku -
