Working my way through book Restorative Practices of Wellbeing, by Gabriel Kram.
There was a meme that said it-something like you are in US with pandemic, fascists, several other bad things i cant remember just now but compelling long list of real existential threats so of course you are sad, depressed and something else uncomfortable. Cant find but not giving up. Going for #StupidWalk

Took a #StupidWalk for my stupid #MentalHealth. At least it was a sunny beach day.
A year ago this week I got Covid for the first, and hopefully last, time. So much care, so many precautions. Much hygiene.
As angry as I was though my seizure disorder was vengeful. I don’t remember most of a week. And then there was joint pain, and asthma, and fatigue. So. Much. Fatigue.
