Well my macaroni cheese with stinky cheese & some tasty cheese needed a few adjustments to suit my tastes. I added a little chilli crisp oil through, but felt it also needed something else lighter, so quickly cooked up some peas & that definitely took the edge off. Very rich tasting but pretty nice especially with tomato on top. The grandkids wouldn’t like it, definitely adult macaroni cheese. I should be able to freeze a couple of portions for another day. #Food #MacaroniCheese #StinkyCheese
