  1. If you filled out the #StateOfCSS survey and got a demoralizing "top 100%" of respondents you’re not alone!

    I got @sachagreif to fix the bug, so if you visit stateofcss.com/en-US you can see your real percentile.

    And pssst, did you know you can go back and add any pain points you forgot the first time? 😉

    And if you haven’t filled out the survey, hurry, it closes TOMORROW!! 😱

  2. Just finished the #StateOfCSS survey, there were tons of new features I had never heard of! Got a nice long reading list now 😁

    Go take it here: survey.devographics.com/survey

    🚨 If you write #CSS, this will be your highest-ROI 30m this year.

    Browsers look at the results to decide what to implement next.

    Can pause/resume across multiple devices.

    Partial responses still valuable!
    Only got 5m? Just enter your pain points.

    I suspect my wishlist might be the longest across all respondents. 😅 Including it below for lulz or inspiration 👇

  13. Just finished taking this year’s #StateOfCSS!

    It was quite funny that there were CSS features I had designed where I had to select "Heard of it" because *technically* I haven't used them yet. 😅

    If you plan to take it, do it now, it's closing very soon: stateofcss.com/en-US

    Surprised ident() didn’t make the cut. Personally, that’s the feature I’m looking forward to the most (+ mixins, functions, attr(), if())

  14. Just took the #StateOfCSS 2025 survey and was asked to share it with more women in tech.

    If you’re a woman or identify as one and work with CSS, please take part!

    2024.stateofcss.com/en-US/

    2024.stateofcss.com/en-US/usag

  18. I just did the State of CSS survey. It asks about 60 new features. My feeling is that most of these are very niche and will hardly get any use in the real world. Aren't we now just needlessly bloating browsers?

    #css #stateofcss

  19. Yikes. I felt like I didn’t know any of the stuff in #stateofcss survey. Still in the top 76%.

    Scary. I have some reading up to do

  20. My results from 2024's #StateOfCSS survey:

    290 points knowledge. Used 21 features, and knew 16 more, placing me in the top 100% of all respondents.

  21. Lolol I couldn't resist - top 100% - so, I'm just one of everyone eh? Can you top that?!

    I got a 440 points knowledge score on this year’s #StateOfCSS survey! I have used 34 features, and knew 20 more, placing me in the top 100% of all respondents. Can you beat my score? survey.devographics.com/survey

    Edit: aha, now it says 9%, niiice
