CW: Early advice for Long Covid
@longcovid Question for fellow #LongCovid sufferers. What do you wish you'd known or done much soiner, either during Covid infection or when you started having LC symptoms?
For me obviously really resting & not using each slight recovery to try & get straight back to normal. Also breathing and meditation, activity & gratitude diary.
