  5. So, it seems to come down to a choice of two:
    #mailcow - completely open source, but many many docker containers which I absolutely despise.
    #stalwart - One binary, does everything, open source and Enterprise and sufficiently not US based to matter.
    Tried setting each up. mailcow - took about an hour of fiddling, tweaking and double-checking DNS records. stalwart - took ten minutes and did the lot.
    Even for the Enterprise version, the licence is ridiculously cheap ($2/mailbox/year).
