@khenderick @nohn Also agree that the energy on the net isn’t 100% green. However, in my case, with my state’s energy choice program, I’m at least putting our money as directly as possible towards the purchase/support of #renewableenergy production (#RECs / #SRECs) on a kWh-per-kWh basis.
Support for this in the #HomeAssistant #EnergyDashboard could help drive adoption in places where this kind of energy choice exists.
Conservation is a separate — but very much related — issue.
