That's not to say there aren't times when the decision maker will decide to talk to the media, but if and when they do it, they ALREADY KNEW people were looking for them.
IOW the ONLY reason Miller, Noem, etc. would speak now is b/c they SEE AN ADVANTAGE & ARE NOW PRIMED & READY
