#SoreArm Update. No Advil taken since last night and the shoulder and arm are only slightly sore in certain positions. Definitely improving. Big sigh of relief!! 😮💨 💪 Will continue to be gentle and also take advil at night since it is still most painful when I sleep on that side.

Bad news: forgot to bring my Advil and Tylenol to work today so my arm and shoulder are on their own once last night’s dose wears off.
Good News: My arm is still a little sore and touchy, but I have a lot more movement overall than I did a week ago!
