It's the final day of #Solpunk today, and I am simultaneity saddened and relieved. Striving for consensus in a randomly selected group of humans takes an incredible amount of patience and energy. I am reminded how easily a dystopian social structure can organically arise out of well meaning intentions. Spending most of my week outside is quite great, and being surrounded by people who question the status quo is a good base level. I will try to write about my week here if I find some downtime

Trying to set up matrix on homeserver for local community. It went well until I thought myself save and went to #solpunk. Then it ran out of ram and crashed the server. And it need to be hard-resetted in my garage. But I was saved by my 13-year old who was immediately promoted to sysadmin-assistant 😅. #matrix #SysAdmin

@vanderZwan I would love to see such a thing. I am having enough trouble just getting the whole thing written down in plain next so the idea of making it more complex sounds daunting.

I am currently trying to transcribe a series of interviews I did at #solpunk and have a few observations that I find quite interesting:

had been meaning to look up Kim Klevin after someone showing me their work while I was at #solpunk last month, I had written down their name on a piece of masking tape stuck on my laptop and finally wanted to take off the tape to "close its tab" so to speak

@prosaluxemburg ah wow they added Malmö! Some comrades at #solpunk this year were showing/telling me about this website and its cool to see it getting such active use!

@manyver_se oh cool! I was wondering if the iOS version was still being worked on. We were trying it out again during #solpunk but was having a ton of issues with it. Will have to test out some things again!
