🕗 Documentary 20h🧨In February, the department of Córdoba in Colombia was submerged by the waters of the Sinú River. Heavy rains and the lack of emergency protocols left more than 140,000 people affected by the flooding.
The emergency highlights that disasters are not solely the result of natural phenomena, but also of the population’s high level of exposure and vulnerability, linked to structural factors and poor land-use planning.

🕗 Dokumentarfilm 20 Uhr🧨 Im Februar wurde das Departement Córdoba in Kolumbien von den Fluten des Sinú-Flusses überschwemmt. Starke Regenfälle und das Fehlen von Notfallprotokollen führten dazu, dass mehr als 140.000 Menschen von den Überschwemmungen betroffen waren.
Die Notlage macht deutlich, dass Katastrophen nicht allein das Ergebnis natürlicher Phänomene sind, sondern auch auf die hohe Gefährdung und Verletzlichkeit der Bevölkerung zurückzuführen sind, die mit strukturellen Faktoren und einer mangelhaften Raumplanung zusammenhängt.

Food not Bombs invite you to a Solidarity night for Radio Juntanza, an organization founded and lead by women from the Global South that promotes initiatives of resistance, care, recognition, and biocultural conservation of territories and ecosystems from an ecofeminist perspective.
They generate, support, and disseminate processes of territorial resistance in Colombia and other territories of the Global South, weaving strategies to address environmental degradation, violence, extractivisim, displacement, and structural oppression.
The do this trough no-oppressive scientific, artistic, and collective practices based on non-essentialist ecofeminisms, listening as a tool for emancipation, and intergenerational community building.

„Refugio Bosque Baucis”, Zufluchtsort auf dem Gebiet der Mapuche und Ort der lebendigen Erinnerung an Emilia Bau.
Emilia Bau Milén Herrera Obrecht (Santiago de Chile, 15. Juli 1996 – Valdivia, 17. Februar 2021) war eine transfeministische Aktivistin, die im Rahmen eines Konflikts zwischen einer Wohnanlage und einer Mapuche-Gemeinde um den Zugang zu einem Strand am Riñihue-See mit einem Kopfschuss ermordet wurde.

Join us from 18:30 on Wednesday May 14th at K-Fetisch* to help us raise money for fellow Palestinian trans comrades in need of financial support.
We will serve yummy vegan Shawarma with Palestinian style salads etc!
Dinner will be served from 18:30 at a sliding scale of 8- 15€ (no one will be turned away for lack of funds; additional support more than welcome!)
As Nakba day approaches, let us gather in community and nourish each other to honour our trans Palestinian siblings.

Die QuARC Küfa kommt wieder ins K-Fetisch!
Kommt am Mittwoch, den 14. Mai ab 18:30 Uhr ins K-Fetisch* und helft uns, Geld für palästinensische trans* Genoss*innen zu sammeln, die finanzielle Unterstützung brauchen.
Wir werden leckeres veganes Schawarma mit Salaten nach palästinensischer Art für euch machen!
Essen gibt’s ab 18:30 Uhr und kostet zwischen 8 und 15 € (aber niemand wird wegen Geldmangels abgewiesen; zusätzliche Unterstützung ist auch mehr als willkommen!)
Während der Nakba Tag näher rückt möchten wir zusammenzukommen um gemeinsam zu essen und dabei unsere Palästinensischen trans* Geschwister unterstützen.

Our last Soli-Küche for this year is coming up. A good opportunity to look back.
37 times we met in the Kiezladen, cooked and enjoyed the delicious food together with you. 2 times we spent an extra long evening with delicious drinks in the green oasis, the Prachttomate. One or two times we were even cooked for other events.
With the donations we supported Pylos9, Solardarity, imprisoned and persecuted antifas in the Budapest complex and in the Antifa Ost proceedings, Alfredo Cospito, the Grupa Granica, Ante P.'s family and friends, Max in deportation detention, Radical Aid Force, a friend who has to pay for his right to stay and of course the preservation of Kiezladen.
Thank you for being there, for the many wonderful conversations and for filling Kiezladen with life.
2024 was and is extremely challenging for many people, especially those in need of special protection.

Unsere letzte Soliküche für dieses Jahr steht an. Eine gute Gelegenheit für einen Rückblick.
37 mal haben wir uns im Kiezladen getroffen, gekocht und das leckere Essen zusammen mit euch genossen. 2 mal haben wir extra lange mit leckeren Drinks den Abend in der grünen Oase, der Prachttomate, verbracht. Das eine oder andere mal waren wir sogar mobil unterwegs.
Mit den Spendeneinnahmen haben wir Pylos9, Solardarity, inhaftierte und verfolgte Antifas im Budapestkomplex und im Antifa Ost Verfahren, Alfredo Cospito, die Grupa Granica, Ante P.s Familie und Freunde, Max in Abschiebehaft, Radical Aid Force, einen Freund der Bleiberechtskosten zu zahlen hat und natürlich den Erhalt des Kiezladens unterstützt.
Danke euch fürs da sein, die vielen schönen Gespräche und dafür den Kiezladen mit Leben zu füllen.
