I paid a ridiculous amount of money on a new-in-box still mostly-shrinkwrapped (some tears and shelf wear) Microsoft Premium Softcard IIe, which is significantly different than the earlier Microsoft Softcard and the later Microsoft Softcard II. I bought it in the expectation that the system programmer's manual was included, as it was in the original Softcard, as there's no preserved copy of that manual for the Premium Softcard IIe.
