How incredible is the Stokes' sea snake (Hydrophis stokesii)? One of the biggest and bulkiest sea snakes local to the Nyinggulu/Ningaloo region.

These incredible creatures can reach up to 2m in length and can spend between 30 minutes and two hours diving between breaths by using nostril valves to stop air from entering their lungs while underwater.
