  1. Neues Feature in meiner Lieblingspodcast App #snipd.

  2. Is anyone out there using the Snipd podcast app? I’ve been an Overcast user for many years and am rather intrigued by all of the AI features Snipd includes. I listen to a lot of tech podcasts, so being able to easily access AI summaries of the topics being covered couple be quite useful. Curious what others’ experiences have been.

  3. Als Podcast-Fan mag ich #snipd. Hier eine Zusammenfassung des letzten Podcasts von Gabriel Rath.

  4. @mijustin @marcoarment @atpfm @siracusa @caseyliss reading the transcript files for Podcasts that do provide a transcript in their feed is a good starting point. Another Podcast app for reference that handles this is #Snipd that uses a crowd sourced approach for transcription. It’s a Freemium app, free users can submit a limited number of episodes per day for transcription and Premium users can submit more episodes.

  5. Has anyone worked out what #Snipd buisness model is? I like the idea of the app and I get why it resonates with people, but the lack of any paid tiers is making me uncomfortable about how much personal info this is leaking out.

  6. Creativerly 235 is out featuring

Tools: #Quarterplan, #Async, and news + updates from #Clover (got acquired by #Figma, and shutting down), #Snipd (AI notes available for everyone), #Subconscious (launching private beta).

    Articles: #BeatriceManuel, #SteveRose (#TheGuardian), #AnneHelenPetersen, #DavidAdam (#KnowableMagazine).

  8. Someone else please hurry up and make a podcast app with automatic transcription because #Snipd is rapidly becoming unusable.

  9. What iOS #podcast player is everyone using these days? I've been an #Overcast user for many years and occasionally try other ones just to see what's out there. I'm currently exploring #Snipd, as its key feature is to easily save and share highlights. Kind of cool. What are some others to check out right now?

  10. @KolokokoBird yes. I so enjoy a transcript also, especially what I want to find something said during the episode.

I get a descript-transcript of my show but alas, it’s far from usable unfortunately and it would simply cost me too much to get a proper transcript up.

However, I recently discovered #Snipd, a pod player where you can request any (English spoken at least) show to be transcribed and it will be thru AI, I think. Works surprisingly well!
