It’s amazing what a well worded email to a government agency, copied to their Minister’s office, can do.
6mths of #SmartRider problems at Leederville Station, with a single validator failing to read over 50% of cards.
3x calls to PTA Comment Line over 6mths, nothing done to fix.
One email to the agency, copied to the Minister’s office - three of the five validators (just not the faulty one) have been upgraded.
Small wins.
