I got to visit Lightworks, who are responsible for building the stuff needed in Blackpool Illuminations, and it was AWESOME.
They do other stuff as well, and all of a sudden I recognised a Chila Burman tiger just chilling there! There was a bunch of other her works as well, and I went all fangirl about it.

Instead of Stockholm, I spent my extra hours in #Eskilstuna - because with an #Interrail pass, you can!
I'm beginning to think that somewhere there's a factory producing midsize cute-ish Swedish towns, since it's getting hard for me to tell them apart.
It doesn't help that most of them have their own #LightArtFestival, as did Eskilstuna. Here, it's called Vinterljus, not too original a name, either. But it was cute. Obviously.

Another #interrail, another pair of #trainSocks. First stop the exotic #Uppsala and Allt ljus på Uppsala, after a probably unadventurous Turku-Stockholm crossing. After that Northern England, London, Amsterdam and short stops along my way back home, with a longer stay in Stockholm.
The aim of this trip is development of curatorial skills, networking and making Finnish #lightArt scene even more international than it already is.
Should be fun!
