Ce n’est vraiment pas évident comme objet. Le Calamar Géant est très discret sur les brutes, raison pour laquelle il faut des temps de pose très longs, 15 minutes par photos. Il y a en tout 58h de signal étalées de mai à août 2024

Weiterhin möchte ich euch gern noch ein eher selten abgelichtetes Objekt zeigen - den Löwennebel im Cepheus.

Dieser sehr schwache Emissionsnebel liegt etwa 10.000 Lichtjahre von der Erde entfernt und wird vornehmlich von zwei Wolf-Rayet Sternen angeregt.

#SkyWatch #Astrophotography The red in this image is part of the large jydrogen emission nebula called the #FlyingBat aka #SH2-129 which is 2300light years from Earth in the #Cepheus constellation. I was also targeting the #Squid nebula aka #OU4 which is the faint blueish-green area in the image. This nebula is so faint that it was only discovered in 2011. This image is only 2.5 hours of exposure so I'm confident I can get more detail in the future. #StillLearning
