However a review process is required for revocation. As far as I can tell, that has not happened, nor would any of #Trump’s *reasoning* hold up under scrutiny.

Restoring international students status is a net good, but the uncertainty and confusion the original revocation and the "quiet" restoration of their statues is a net evil--and likely part of the goal.
