  1. I love the incremental improvements that we're making to developer experience across the board for our #OpenSource tools at #Seqera

Each one is a small addition, but together they help to prevent minor paper cuts and improve bioinformaticians lives a little every day ✨

  2. By default, the #Seqera #Containers web interface searches the #bioconda and #condaforge channels 📦

But did you know that you can prepend your search with *any* conda channel?

    Try it out: seqera.io/containers/

  3. This is the biggest new @multiqc feature that we've shipped in a while!

Grab AI summaries of your analysis right in your report, from #Seqera AI, #OpenAI, #AnthropicAI or copy to anywhere else with a click :)

Looking forward to hearing what people make of it! 🎉

  4. We made this functionality as flexible as possible. It works out of the box with #Seqera AI and also #OpenAI and #AnthropicAI.

Reports also have "Copy prompt" options to paste into whatever LLM you like.

  5. MultiQC v1.27 was released yesterday. It includes one major new feature:

    === ✨ AI summaries ✨ ===

LLMs are a natural next step for helping scientists understand large datasets. @multiqc now has built-in integration with #Seqera AI as well as #OpenAI and #AnthropicAI 🤖

    The premise is fairly simple:
#MultiQC builds prompts with sample data and sends these to LLMs to get summaries.

This can be done at report-generation time and also *interactively* on-demand when reading the report.

  6. The world of #bioinformatics containers just got much, much larger - and much much easier, too.

Check out today's Tech Short to learn about #Seqera Containers, a new community service that takes the friction out of using containers in your workflows. It includes Arm64 support (for Graviton fans, among others) and lets you dynamically pull containers built from BioConda, Conda Forge, PyPI, and soon even @Spackpm.

This is a resource for **everyone**.

  7. I keep thinking why didn’t I start using #Nextflow earlier then I realise it’s only a relatively new workflow system.

It’s just #Nextflow, #Seqera and the community are moving and advancing so quickly that you just assume this has been mainstream for longer 🚀
