Genau, das "Absaugen von Klimagasen" kann und darf eh keine Priorität sein, die einzige Lösung sind weniger CO2 Emissionen!
Da haben wir uns bei den Klimazielen (auch bei M$!) wohl einiges "schöngerechnet", kommt jetzt Nachhaltigkeit durch bedarfsgerechte Digitalisierung, auch und vor allem bei KI?

Beste lastig om als land waar het kapitalisme zo'n beetje is uitgevonden met de VOC als eerste NV, nu te zeggen het moet anders. Toch is dat wat er moet gebeuren. En dat is ook best een krachtig statement. Op naar de welzijnseconomie met duidelijke grenzen en meer en echte vrijheid van keuze voor elke burger in dit land en elk stukje land op aarde. Zal de rest van de natuur ook iedereen dankbaar voor zijn. Waarvan akte.

“Using official Croatian census data as a reference, [the researchers] analysed three global population datasets across seven Croatian cities to investigate how population allocation differs between built-up and non-built-up areas.
Although the datasets often produced similar population totals, their spatial allocation differed substantially. GHS-POP concentrated over 1 million more inhabitants within built-up areas, while WorldPop allocated approximately 290,000 more inhabitants to non-built-up land-cover classes, demonstrating how similar population totals can mask substantial differences in spatial population patterns.

The #RedListIndex of #ThreatenedSpecies shows a continuous #decline from 0.805 in 1995 to 0.745 in 2025📉 (UN).

I'm creating #syntheticdata for teaching in the social sciences & find that #SDG with LLMs isn't for my small-scale use. While there are workflows to combine LLMs & generate more credible output ( https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/978-3-031-93418-6_9 ), general-purpose models often create results that are too diverse & reflexive, even when imitating oral communication. Such data reminds me of journalism scandals à la Stephen Glass. High-quality data in my case is more messy and dull. Just look at YouTube comment sections.
