Useful thing in #Devonthink, in the Pro Office OSX version I have. As myself, you might have thousands of screen captures somewhere in a folder. It is difficult to search them, as they are in png format. In Devonthink, you can index the folder (it takes a few seconds), then bulk OCR all of them with a right-click, to append the OCRd text as a comment. Your text will be available for searches in OSX and in Devonthink as well. #workflow #OCR #screencaps -
