Second day of semester. Ran 25km. Next, lecturing for 7 hours out of 8. However, I need you to know that the first 4 hours include a mindfulness meditation & then making music with loops in a DAW. This is not stressful work (apart from the pressure I put on myself to be great, anyway!). #SCMTME #MusicEd
