This goes for any researchers and evaluators, even if IRB doesn't apply or if you have an exemption. I would think this would be obvious, but it's disappointing to learn everyday what isn't obvious to so many people.
Others are trusting us with their data. Can we act like we deserve and will honor that trust?

Invest in the personnel, effort, and time to thoroughly develop not only your goals, outcomes, and processes, but the implications of them - all of this reveals your values.
Relatedly, stop putting this (rarely done) work on grant writers and/or interns.

At one time there was a program to encourage the creation of #hamradio stations at #sciencecenters and #sciencemusuems. Is this a real thing or did I just invent something? 😂 I think most of these stations--those that still exist--were maintained by local clubs.
