  1. A Rough-scaled Sun Skink (Eutropis rugifera) spotted on the side of a tree at MacRitchie Reservoir Park, Singapore on 29 Sept 2024. An uncommon forest skink with overlapping scales that give it its rough appearance.

  2. A Dusky Earless Agama (Aphaniotis fusca) spotted at Upper Seletar Reservoir Park on 22 Sept 2024. Initially thought it was a Draco (flying dragon), then I realized its body lacked the elongated ribs and skin typical of a Draco.

Good to spot a seldom seen forest lizard.

  4. The usual Changeable Lizard (Calotes versicolor), but I like the pose it took when we saw it at Coney Island, Singapore, on 6 Feb 2019. Such a nice curve to its tail.

The Changeable Lizard is an introduced species to Singapore.
